AIR HOSE(for Ottoman) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. PRECAUTION

   Note

   After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the auxiliary battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Spare Tire)

3. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Spare Tire)

   Click here

4. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire)

   Click here

5. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

   Click here

6. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

   CAUTION:

   Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

7. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH

8. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

9. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

10. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH

    Click here

12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH

13. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH

14. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH

15. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

16. REMOVE ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT LH

17. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

18. REMOVE AIR HOSE

    

    
    

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the hose clamp.

    2. Disconnect the air hose connector.

    3. 

       for LHD:

       
       

       1. Remove the 2 hose clamps and bolt.

       2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the air hose.

    4. 

       for RHD:

       
       

       1. Remove the hose clamp and bolt.

       2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the air hose.
