PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADPHONE TERMINAL (w/ Center Seat)

    Click here

  2. INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Install the seat vibrator switch with the 2 screws.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the seat vibrator switch on the other side.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Install the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Install the rear power seat switch with the 4 screws.

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER ARMREST PANEL (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Install the rear No. 1seat center armrest panel to the rear seat armrest hole board with the 3 screws.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

    3. Attach the 3 guides and 8 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat center armrest panel together with the rear seat armrest hole board.

  6. INSTALL TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Install the television switch and volume assembly.

  7. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)


    1. A000TZM

      Install the center seatback frame sub-assembly to the rear center armrest assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER (w/ Center Seat)


    1. A000UF5

      Attach the 2 clips to install the rear seat armrest hole cover.

  9. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)


    1. A000WRR

      Install the rear center seat headrest assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Install the rear center seat cushion pad to the center seat cushion frame.

  11. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)


    1. Set the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly in place.

    2. Attach the fastening tape.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 23 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH


    1. A000Z2V

      Install the rear seat climate control blower LH with the 3 nuts.

    2. A000VX9

      Connect the connector.

  13. INSTALL AIR FILTER

    A000YO2

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the air filter.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the air filter on the other side.

  14. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH


    1. A000TYU

      Attach the 2 claws to connect the seat climate control controller LH.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

    3. A000V6Y

      Connect the 2 connectors and attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

    4. A000YUS

      Install a new rear No. 2 seat cushion pad.

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH

    A000V2H

    1. Install the rear seat belt inner anchor bracket assembly LH with the nut.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE LH

    1. Attach the 11 wire harness clamps to install the rear seat wire LH.

    2. Connect the 3 connectors.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH

    1. Install the rear seatback climate control blower LH with the 2 screws.

    2. Install the 3 nuts.

    3. Connect the 3 connectors and attach the wire harness clamp.

    4. Install a new felt pad.

  19. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

    1. Set the separate type rear seatback cover LH in place.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover LH to the rear seatback pad LH with 10 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback spring assembly LH with 19 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the rear seatback cover with pad.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the rear seatback cover with pad.

    2. Attach the 8 hooks.

    3. Connect the connector.

    4. Attach the seatback cover bracket with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.6 N*m  { 57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf }

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK BASE LH


    1. A000ZHU

      Install the rear seat lock base LH with the 3 screws.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP LH

      Attach the 5 claws to install the rear seat cover cap LH.

  23. INSTALL SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the guide to install the seat heater control sub-assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the seat heater control sub-assembly on the other side.

  24. INSTALL REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH

    1. Install the rear seat climate control ECU LH with the 2 nuts.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

  25. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the position control ECU assembly with the 2 nuts.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the position control ECU assembly on the other side.

  26. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat headrest adjuster sub-assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors and attach the wire harness clamp.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the rear No. 1 seat headrest adjuster sub-assembly on the other side.

  27. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the rear seat headrest support on the other side.

  28. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the rear seat headrest assembly LH with the 2 pins.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the rear seat headrest assembly on the other side.

  29. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH

    1. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the 3 screws.

  30. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

    1. Set the separate type rear seat cushion cover LH in place.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover LH to the rear seat cushion pad LH with 16 new hog rings.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seat cushion cover LH.

  31. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Set the rear seat cushion spring assembly LH in place.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seat cushion spring assembly LH to the rear seat cushion pad LH with 22 new hog rings.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the rear seat cushion cover with pad LH.

  32. INSTALL REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH

      Attach the 4 clamps to install the lower part of the sub seatback plate sub-assembly.

    2. Attach the 2 hose clamps to connect the air hose.

    3. A000YAP

      Attach the 2 clamps to install the upper part of the sub seatback plate sub-assembly.

    4. Attach the 2 claws to connect the 2 air hoses.

  37. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE RH

    A000T8R

    1. Attach the 11 wire harness clamps to install the rear seat wire RH.

    2. Connect the 3 connectors.

  38. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. Set the separate type rear seatback cover RH in place.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover RH to the rear seatback pad RH with 22 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover RH.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover RH.

  39. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH


    1. Set the rear seatback cover with pad RH in place.

    2. Attach the 7 hooks.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seatback cover with pad RH to the rear seatback spring assembly RH with 20 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the rear seatback cover with pad RH.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the rear seatback cover with pad RH.

    4. Connect the connector.

    5. Attach the seatback cover bracket with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.6 N*m  { 57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf }

    3. Attach the 2 hooks and install the clip.
