DESCRIPTION

When the object recognition ECU is replaced with a new one, it acquires the country specification information from the driving support ECU. Also, when the driving support ECU is replaced with a new one, it receives country specification information from the combination meter. When country specification information in the object recognition ECU and driver monitor ECU do not match, DTC C1A0C is output.

If the sensor and vehicle country specification information are the same, and the combination meter and the driving support ECU country specification information are different, C1A0A and C1A0B are output.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK OBJECT RECOGNITION ECU


    1. Using the intelligent tester, enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise. Then select "Data List".

    2. Read the Data List and check the country specification information of the object recognition ECU and vehicle.

      Tech Tips

      The country specification information of the driving support ECU is decided by the combination meter. Even if the vehicle and object recognition ECU country specification information match, if the country specification information for the vehicle and driving support ECU/meter do not match, it is necessary to replace the driving support ECU and meter.
