DC / DC CONVERTER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DISCONNECT SERVICE PLUG GRIP

    Click here

  2. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT


    1. w/ Rear Air Conditioner:

      Remove the rear cooling unit Click here.

    2. w/o Rear Air Conditioner:

      Remove the rear cooling unit Click here.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX LOWER BRACKET

    Click here

  4. REMOVE POWER STEERING CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

    CAUTION:

    Perform work using insulated gloves and insulated tools.


    1. A000USE

      Remove the 2 nuts and power steering ECU bracket.

    2. A000WXC

      Disconnect the 5 connectors.

    3. A000XW2

      Remove the 4 nuts and power steering converter assembly.
