FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL BRACKET

   
   

   1. 

      Install the bracket with the 4 screws.

      Torque:

      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU

   
   

   1. 

      Connect the ECU connector.

      
      

      1. Connect the ECU connector. (*1)

      2. Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)

      3. Lock the lever's lock. (*3)

   2. 

      Install the ECU with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:

      14 N*m  { 138 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

3. CONNECT FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR CONNECTOR

   
   

   1. 

      Connect the actuator connector labeled A.

   2. Connect the actuator connector labeled B.

      
      

      1. Connect the actuator connector. (*1)

      2. Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)

      3. Lock the lever's lock. (*3)

   3. Connect the wire harness clamp.

4. INSTALL INLET ENGINE ROOM ECM DUCT

   
   

   1. 

      Install the duct.

5. INSTALL NO. 3 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Attach the 2 claws.

   2. 

      Attach the clamp.

   3. Install the duct with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

7. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

8. FILL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID

   Click here

9. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

   Click here

10. CONNECT FRONT FENDER LINER LH

    
    

    1. 

       Install the liner with the 3 screws.

11. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    
    

    1. Install the under cover with the 9 screws and 7 clips.

12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

13. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP

14. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG COVER

    Click here

15. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

16. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

17. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

18. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

19. ADJUST HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
