      Check absorber control actuator operation.

      1. Starting from the above mentioned position, each time the brake pedal is depressed, the absorber control actuator position will increase by 2 steps (1 (SOFT) → 3 → 5 → 7 → 9 → 11 → 13 → 15 → 17 (HARD)). At this time, bounce the vehicle and check that the shock absorber is becoming harder.

        Tech Tips

        • Every time the brake pedal is depressed, the absorber control actuator rotates in the soft to hard direction in 15° intervals up to a maximum angle of 120°.

        • To hold the absorber control actuator at a specific position, adjust it using the above mentioned procedure, then increase the vehicle speed to 5 km/h (3 mph). After that, the absorber control actuator position does not change until the power switch is turned OFF.

        • If the absorber control actuator does not operate, inspect the absorber control actuator circuit and absorber control actuator installation condition.

  2. CHECK HEIGHT CHANGE OPERATION

    1. A000XAX

Turn the power switch ON (READY), press the height control switch and adjust the vehicle height from NORMAL to HEIGHT HIGH.

    2. A000YT4

With the vehicle in the HEIGHT HIGH position, press the height control switch and return the vehicle to NORMAL.

    3. CHECK HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT OPERATION

      1. A000T9W

Turn the power switch OFF and have 4 people get into the vehicle (2 in the front and 2 in the rear).

        Tech Tips

The average weight for one person is about 55 kg (121.3 lb).

      2. Turn the power switch ON (READY) and check the amount of time until height adjustment finishes.

    4. A000TE0

Turn the power switch OFF and have the 4 people get out of the vehicle.

    5. Turn the power switch ON (READY) and check the amount of time until height adjustment finishes.

    6. CHECK CONNECTIONS OF TUBES FOR AIR LEAKAGE

      1. Set the height control switch to the "HEIGHT HIGH" position and raise the vehicle height.

      2. Turn the power switch OFF.

      3. Apply soapy water to the connections of the tubes and check if there is any air leakage.
