CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY(for Rear Side) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT NO. 2 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A000TMIE02
      *1 Component without harness connected: (Rear Height Control Valve)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (RH+) - 2 (E) 20°C (68°F) 10 to 14 Ω
      3 (LH+) - 2 (E) 20°C (68°F) 10 to 14 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 2 height control valve sub-assembly.

    2. A000TMIE02
      *1 Component without harness connected: (Rear Height Control Valve)

      Check the height control valve operation.


      1. Apply battery voltage to the exhaust valve and check the operating sound of the height control valve.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (RH+)

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2 (E)

        		 It make an operating sound

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 3 (LH+)

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2 (E)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 2 height control valve sub-assembly.
