SHIFT LEVER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL SHIFT LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

   
   

   1. Attach the claw to install the shift lock release button.

2. INSTALL INDICATOR LIGHT WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Attach the 4 claws to install the indicator light wire sub-assembly.

   2. Connect the connector clamp.

3. INSTALL POSITION INDICATOR LENS

   
   

   1. Attach the hook and claw to install the position indicator lens to the shift position indicator.

4. INSTALL POSITION INDICATOR SLIDE COVER

   
   

   1. Install the position indicator slide cover to the shift position indicator.

5. INSTALL POSITION INDICATOR LIGHT GUIDE

   
   

   1. Attach the 6 claws to install the position indicator light guide to the shift position indicator.

6. INSTALL SHIFTING HOLE FRAME

   
   

   1. Attach the 4 claws to install the shifting hole frame to the shift position indicator.

7. INSTALL CONTROL POSITION INDICATOR PLATE

   
   

   1. Install the control position indicator plate.

8. INSTALL NO. 1 TRANSMISSION LEVER HOLE FRAME

   
   

   1. Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 1 transmission lever hole frame to the shift position indicator.

9. INSTALL SHIFT POSITION INDICATOR

   
   

   1. Attach the 3 hooks and then install the shift position indicator to the rear upper console panel sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
