  1. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU CONNECTOR)


    1. A000XH7E01
      *1 Hybrid Vehicle Control ECU

      Check the connections of the hybrid vehicle control ECU connectors.

      OK
      The connectors are connected securely and there are no contact problems.

    OK
  2. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (MAIN BODY ECU CONNECTOR)


    1. A000W9JE04
      *1 Driver Side Junction Block (Main Body ECU)

      Check the connections of the main body ECU connectors.

      OK
      The connectors are connected securely and there are no contact problems.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ST2 TERMINAL VOLTAGE)


    1. Turn the power switch off.

    2. A000XHJE02
      *1 Component with harness connected: (Hybrid Vehicle Control ECU)

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      A78-28 (ST2) - Body ground Power switch off Below 1 V

  4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU - MAIN BODY ECU)

      Disconnect connector A68 from the driver side junction block (main body ECU).

    2. A000XHJE02
      *1 Component with harness connected: (Hybrid Vehicle Control ECU)

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
