CIGARETTE LIGHTER(for Center Console Side) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER HOLE BEZEL (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the cigarette lighter hole bezel to the rear cigarette lighter bezel stay.

  2. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY


    1. w/o Rear Entertainment System:

      Attach the 2 claws to install the rear cigarette lighter bezel stay together with the cigarette lighter hole bezel to the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

    2. w/ Disc Player:

      Attach the 2 claws to install the rear cigarette lighter bezel stay to the rear console end panel.

  3. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY

      w/o Rear Entertainment System:

      Attach the claw to install the socket cap.

    2. A000UY8

      w/ Disc Player:


      1. Attach the claw to install the socket cap.

      2. Connect the connector.

    3. w/o Rear Entertainment System:

      When replacing the cigarette lighter assembly:


      1. Install a new wire harness clamp as shown in the illustration.

        *d Incorrect

        Cut off the wire harness clamp as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install the cigarette lighter knob and element assembly.

  4. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER


    1. w/o Rear Entertainment System:


      1. Attach the 2 claws to install the rear cigarette lighter cover.

      2. Connect the connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

    2. w/ Disc Player:


      1. Attach the 2 claws to install the rear cigarette lighter cover.

        Connect the connector.

      3. Install a new cable tie as shown in the illustration.
