THROTTLE BODY ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

    Note

    Always perform the inspection after installing the throttle body or removing/installing other components.


    1. A001048E02
      Engine Room No. 2 Junction Block
      *1 EFI MAIN

      Remove the EFI MAIN and ETCS fuses at the same time and then reconnect them after waiting 60 seconds or more.

    2. Install the throttle body, and then turn the power switch ON (IG) without operating the accelerator pedal.

      Note

      If the accelerator pedal is operated, begin the procedure again from the beginning.
