REAR COOLING UNIT(w/o Rear Air Conditioning System) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE


    1. A000TEZ

      Remove the drain cooler hose.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and No. 3 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and piping parts clamp.

    2. A000VP1

      Cut off the 3 cable ties.

    3. A000YQD

      Remove the packing.

    4. A000UO4

      Remove the butyl tape.

    5. A000ZNU

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

    6. Remove the No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

    7. Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE


    1. A001035

      Disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

    2. Remove the rear cooling unit expansion valve.

  5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY


    1. A000TK9

      Remove the packing.

    2. Remove the screw.

    3. A000WYQ

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

    4. Remove the air conditioning tube assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning tube assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A000ZAS

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and rear blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 WIRING AIR CONDITIONER HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Cut off the cable tie.

    2. Disconnect the connectors and detach the clamps.

    3. Remove the No. 2 wiring air conditioner harness sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE REAR EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A000YSR

      Remove the packing.

    2. Remove the 6 clips and 8 screws.

    3. Detach the clamp and remove the rear cooling unit case (Upper).

    4. A000ZMY

      Remove the rear evaporator sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER THERMISTOR
