Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      2.4 N*m  { 24 kgf*cm, 21 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      2.4 N*m  { 24 kgf*cm, 21 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (AIR CONDITIONING PANEL)


    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 6 clips to install the multi-media module receiver assembly (air conditioning panel).

    3. Install the 2 bolts.

  4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  6. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  8. INSTALL NO. 3 BOX PANEL

  9. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

  13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  14. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH
