HEATER WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEATER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A000T8C

      Install the water pump with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Connect the 2 water hoses and install the 2 clips.

    4. A000ZEK

      Connect the 2 connectors to the oil pump driver ECU.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

  3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

  4. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS

    Click here

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

    Click here

  6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  7. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH

  8. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
