HEATER WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  3. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH

    Click here

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

    Click here

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE HEATER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A000ZEK

      Disconnect the 2 connectors from the oil pump driver ECU.

    2. A000T8C

      Remove the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 water hoses.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    4. Remove the 2 nuts and water pump.
