PRESSURE SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER PRESSURE SENSOR

   
   

   1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the air conditioner pressure sensor.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 11 or equivalent

   2. Install the O-ring to the air conditioner pressure sensor.

   3. Using a 27 mm deep socket wrench, install the air conditioner pressure sensor.

      Torque:

      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

   4. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

3. CHARGE REFRIGERANT

4. WARM UP ENGINE

   Click here

5. CHECK FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT
