Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the clean air filter.

  2. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the blower with fan motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the claw to install the blower assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Install the screw.

  5. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
