РАДИАТОР УСТАНОВКА

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT LOWER


    1. Install the 2 radiator support lowers.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION


    1. Install the 2 radiator support cushions.

  3. INSTALL FAN SHROUD WITH FAN AND MOTOR

  4. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

      *1 Packing

      Install the radiator to the front crossmember together with the fan shroud with fan motor.

      Note

      Do not allow the radiator to interfere with other parts.

      Tech Tips

      Install the lower packing as shown in the illustration.

    2. Align the radiator with the cooler condenser, and then install the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the hood lock assembly to the hood lock control cable.

  6. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER


    1. Connect the wire harness clamp.

    2. Connect the hood lock control cable to the hood lock control cable cover.

    3. Attach the guide to install the hood lock control cable cover.

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the 3 connectors and attach the 5 wire harness clamps to connect the wire harness.

    2. Install the radiator upper support with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

  8. CONNECT WIRE HARNESS

  9. CONNECT HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Connect the hood lock assembly with the 2 bolts and lock nut.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    3. Install the lock nut cap.

  10. CONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER


    1. Connect the hood lock control cable cover with the 3 screws and attach the claw.

  11. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  12. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECU OUTLET DUCT

    Click here

  13. CONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE


    1. Connect the No. 1 oil cooler outlet hose to the radiator.

  14. CONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER INLET HOSE


    1. Connect the No. 1 oil cooler inlet hose to the radiator.

  15. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

      Install the No. 2 radiator hose to the radiator and water inlet, and then secure it with the hose clamps.

      Tech Tips

      The direction of the hose clamp is indicated in the illustration.

  16. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

      *d 1.0 to 5.0 mm (0.0393 to 0.196 in.)

      Install the No. 1 radiator hose to the radiator and water outlet, and then secure it with the hose clamps.

      Tech Tips


      • The direction of the hose clamp is indicated in the illustration.

      • Insert the radiator hose into the stopper. Set the hose clamp so that the clearance between the hose clamp and the stopper is within 1.0 to 5.0 mm (0.0393 to 0.196 in.).

  17. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

  18. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

  19. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID

  20. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

  21. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  22. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  23. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

  24. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  25. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
