PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  6. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE

    Click here

  9. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT

    Click here

  10. DISCONNECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE


    1. A001BOT

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the dipstick guide.

  11. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

  12. DISCONNECT NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS HOSE


    1. A001APU

      Using needle-nose pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose.

  13. DISCONNECT WATER INLET HOSE


    1. A001EVR

      Using needle-nose pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the water inlet hose.

  14. DISCONNECT NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

      Using needle-nose pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose.

  15. REMOVE WATER INLET HOUSING

      Remove the 3 bolts, water inlet housing and gasket.

  16. REMOVE WATER PUMP PULLEY


    1. A001AIDE03

      Using SST, hold the water pump pulley.

      SST
      09960-10010   ( 09962-01000, 09963-01000 )

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and water pump pulley.

  17. REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A001FQK

      Remove the 9 bolts, engine water pump and gasket.
