PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CANISTER SUPPORT BRACKET

    A001AVU

    1. Install the canister support bracket with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CANISTER


    1. A001EL8E01
      *1 Nut

      Install the canister with the 4 bolts and 2 plastic nuts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the fuel hose to the pipe.

      *1 Retainer

      Connect the air inlet line tube and vent line tube to the pipe, as shown in the illustration. Then push up the retainer to lock the claws, as shown in the illustration.

      • A001DLEE05

      • Check that there are no scratches or foreign objects around the connected part of the fuel tube connector and pipe before performing this work.

      • After connecting the fuel tank vent tube, check that the fuel tank vent tube is securely connected by pulling the fuel tube connector and pipe.

  3. INSTALL FLOOR NO. 1 UNDER COVER

    A001EO8

    1. Install the under cover with the 5 nuts and 5 clips.

    2. Install the 2 hole plugs.
