PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Attach the hook to install the front bumper bracket sub-assembly LH.

    2. Install the 2 bolts.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR LH

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER CENTER UPPER RETAINER


    1. Install the front bumper center upper retainer with the 4 bolts.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper side support LH.

    2. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    3. Install the screw.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the front bumper No. 2 extension sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      65 N*m  { 663 kgf*cm, 48 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 nuts.

      Torque:
      33 N*m  { 337 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER


    1. Install the front bumper lower cover with the clip.

    2. Install the 5 bolts.

  14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER ABSORBER


    1. Attach the 7 claws to install the front bumper energy absorber.

  15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

      w/ Fog Light:


      1. Connect the connector.

      w/ Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

      Attach the 4 claws to install the front bumper cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side.

    4. Remove the protective tape.

    5. Install the 4 clips.

      Install the 2 clips.

    7. Install the 4 bolts.

    8. Install the 2 screws.

      Install the 2 screws.
