FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 2 screws.

   2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

2. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)

   
   
   1. 

      *1	Front Spoiler No. 1 Retainer
      *a	90°

      Turn the 2 front spoiler No. 1 retainers 90° and remove the 2 front spoiler No. 1 retainers and front spoiler LH.

3. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT STOPPER RH (w/ Fog Light)

   
   

   1. 

      Detach the 3 claws and front bumper reinforcement stopper RH.

5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Fog Light)

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 3 screws and fog light mounting bracket LH.

8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH (w/ Fog Light)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

   
   

   1. 

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

    
    

    1. 

       Detach the 4 claws and remove the fog light cover LH.

12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

13. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

21. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

22. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Fog Light)

    
    

    1. 

       Detach the 9 clamps and remove the No. 2 engine room wire.

23. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 20 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.
