PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ORNAMENT GARNISH LH (for Halogen Headlight)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ORNAMENT GARNISH RH (for Halogen Headlight)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ORNAMENT GARNISH LH (for LED Headlight)

  6. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the screws on the other side.

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts.

    4. Remove the 2 clips.

      B001CE2 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

      Remove the 4 clips.

    7. B001F8L

      Detach the 4 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side.

      w/ Fog Light:

      Disconnect the connector.

    9. B001GKK

      w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      Disconnect the No. 1 headlight cleaner hose.

      Tech Tips

      Prepare a container before performing the procedure.

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER ABSORBER

      Detach the 7 claws and remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER

      Remove the clip.

    2. Remove the 5 bolts and front bumper lower cover.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 nuts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. B001EVU

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Detach the hook and remove the front bumper No. 2 extension sub-assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the bolt.

    3. Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper side support LH.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

      Remove the 4 bolts and front bumper center upper retainer.

    2. Detach the hook and remove the front bumper bracket sub-assembly LH.
