Tech Tips

When the radiator grille is damaged or deformed due to an accident or contact with other objects, etc., or the radiator grille installation area on the body is repaired, it is necessary to perform millimeter wave radar sensor adjustment.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

      Attach the 6 claws to install the radiator grille.

    2. B001DNX

      Install the 4 screws.

    3. B001HWZ

      Attach the 2 clips to install the hood to radiator grille seal.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ORNAMENT GARNISH LH (for Halogen Headlight)

      B001CE2 Protective Tape

      Attach the 4 clips to install the headlight ornament garnish LH.

    2. Remove the protective tape.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ORNAMENT GARNISH RH (for Halogen Headlight)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ORNAMENT GARNISH LH (for LED Headlight)

      B001CE2 Protective Tape

      Attach the 8 clips to install the headlight ornament garnish LH.

    2. Remove the protective tape.

  5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ORNAMENT GARNISH RH (for LED Headlight)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

  7. ADJUST FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY

    Tech Tips

    When only the radiator grille is removed and reinstalled, it is not necessary to adjust the front television camera assembly.(Such as when removing or installing the radiator grille in order to remove or install the headlight assembly.)
