Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH


    1. Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH


    1. Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASEPACKING


    1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing to the headlight unit LH.

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH (w/ Headlight Leveling)

      *1 Aiming Screw

      Insert the headlight leveling motor LH and turn the aiming screw in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to install the headlight leveling motor LH.

    2. A01XF8D

      Rotate the headlight leveling motor LH in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and attach the claw.

  5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. A01XJTD

      Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light bulb socket.

    2. A01XFMI

      Turn the front turn signal light bulb socket with the front turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install them as a unit.

  6. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB


    1. A01XKXR

      Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light bulb socket.

    2. A01XLR7

      Turn the clearance light bulb socket with the clearance light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install them as a unit.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01XLQS

      Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

      Note

      Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01XL18

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

      Note

      Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.
