DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH stores this DTC if the sensor value received from the height control sensor is out of range when performing initialization of the No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH; for example, the vehicle is not level or being jacked up.

Note

If the No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH has been replaced, it is necessary to synchronize the vehicle information and initialize the No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH.

    1. Perform initialization of the No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH.

      • Before initializing the No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH, make sure that the vehicle condition is proper for initialization.

      • Be sure to perform initialization as instructed.

  2. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    2. Check for DTCs.

      DTC B2452 is not output.

      Tech Tips

      If the No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH stores DTC B2452 even though the ECU has been initialized as instructed, there may be a malfunction in the No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH.
