HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for Halogen Headlight) DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to remove it.

      Note

      Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to remove it.

      Note

      Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

3. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the clearance light bulb socket with the clearance light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to remove them as a unit.

   2. 

      Remove the clearance light bulb from the clearance light bulb socket.

4. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the front turn signal light bulb socket with the front turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to remove them as a unit.

   2. 

      Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light bulb socket.

5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH (w/ Headlight Leveling)

   
   

   1. 

      Detach the claw and rotate the headlight leveling motor LH in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration.

   2. 

      Text in Illustration

      *1	Aiming Screw

      Turn the aiming screw of the headlight leveling motor LH in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and remove the headlight leveling motor LH.

6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the headlight leveling motor base packing from the headlight unit LH.

7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 2 screws and front bumper bar reinforcement LH.

8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 2 screws and front bumper bar reinforcement LH.
