HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. 

      Attach the 2 claws to install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

   2.

      *1	Headlight Cleaner Clamp B

      Push up the headlight cleaner clamp B to install it.

   3.

      *3	Headlight Cleaner Clamp B
      	Push Here

      Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH with the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

   
   

   1. 

      Attach the 2 claws to install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

   2.

      Push up the headlight cleaner clamp A to install it.

      	Push Here

      Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly RH with the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

   
   

   1. Attach the 5 clamps to install the No. 1 headlight cleaner hose to the front bumper cover.

   2. Connect the No. 1 headlight cleaner hose to the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

4. INSTALL TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

8. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

9. PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light)
