WASHER NOZZLE(for Front Side) REMOVAL

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. w/o Heater Nozzle:

        B001CE2 Protective Tape

        Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and separate the washer nozzle sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the windshield.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      2. B001FID

        Remove the washer nozzle sub-assembly from the washer hose.

        Note

        Washer nozzles cannot be reused.

    2. w/ Heater Nozzle:

        B001CE2 Protective Tape

        Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and separate the washer nozzle sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the windshield and washer nozzle sub-assembly.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      2. B001HRX

        Disconnect the connector and washer hose and remove the washer nozzle sub-assembly.

        Note

        Washer nozzles cannot be reused.
