  1. INSPECT BACK WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY

    (Back Window Lock Assembly)

    		 *b Moves to Open Position
    *c Closed Position - -

    1. Apply battery voltage to the back window lock motor and check the operation of the back window lock assembly.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → 3 (+)

      Battery negative (-) → 4 (-)

      		 Open Position

      If the result is not as specified, replace the back window lock assembly.

    2. Measure the resistance of the back window lock.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      2 (+) - 1 (-) Open Position Below 1 Ω
      Closed Position 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the back window lock assembly.
