PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SPOILER COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR SPOILER COVER RH

  3. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM

    Click here

  5. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. REMOVE BACK WINDOW STAY ASSEMBLY LH

  7. REMOVE BACK WINDOW STAY ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE BACK DOOR GLASS


    1. A01XJGG

      Remove the connector and detach the 2 clamps.

    2. A01XLHN

      Remove the 4 bolts and back window glass.

  9. REMOVE BACK DOOR SEAL LH


    1. A01XF3K

      Using a scraper, remove the back door seal LH.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the back door glass.

      • Be sure to replace the seal with new ones.

  10. REMOVE BACK DOOR SEAL RH


    1. Use the same procedure described for the back door seal LH.

  11. REMOVE BACK DOOR WINDOW PROTECTOR

      Using a scraper, remove the back door window protector.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the back door glass.

      • Be sure to replace the protector with new ones.

  12. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK STRIKER COVER

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws and remove the lock striker cover.

  13. REMOVE BACK WINDOW LOCK STRIKER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 nuts and lock striker.

  14. REMOVE BACK WINDOW GLASS SPACER

    Perform the following procedures if replacing the back window glass spacer.


    1. Remove the back window glass spacer.

    Perform the following procedures if replacing any back door hinge assembly LH.


    1. Using a T30 "TORX" wrench, remove the 2 screws and back door hinge.
