PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEATER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      *A for LHD
      *B for RHD

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the heater switch assembly.

  3. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST (for LHD)

  4. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH

  5. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

    Click here

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

      Remove the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH in the range shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH

  9. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE IDLE UP SWITCH

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the idle up switch.
