INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD REASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE SECURITY INDICATOR LIGHT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE SUNSHINE SENSOR HOLE COVER (w/o Automatic Light Control System)

   
   

   1. Attach the 2 claws to install the sunshine sensor hole cover.

3. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR (w/ Automatic Light Control System)

4. INSTALL ENGINE SWITCH (w/ Entry and Start System)

   Click here

5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

   Click here

6. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

   Click here

7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

   
   

   1. for LHD:

      
      

      1. Attach the 20 clamps to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

      2. Connect the 2 connectors.

   2. for RHD:

      
      

      1. Attach the 20 clamps to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

      2. Connect the 2 connectors.

8. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

   
   

   1. Install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish with the 6 screws <A>.

9. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

   
   

   1. Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 2 screws <A>.

10. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. Install the defroster nozzle with the 4 screws <A>.

11. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

    
    

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

    2. Install the screw <A>.

12. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

13. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

    
    

    1. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 4 screws <A>.

14. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the No. 1 heater to register duct.
