AIR CONDITIONING PANEL INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Check that the illumination.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Integration Control and Panel Assembly)

         Apply battery voltage to the connector and check the Indicator.

         OK
         Measurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → 2 (ILL+) Battery negative (-) → 4 (GND) Integration control and panel assembly illuminates

         If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the integration control and panel assembly.

   2. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Integration Control and Panel Assembly)

      Check that the clock.

      
      

      1. Apply battery voltage to the connector and check the clock.

         OK
         Measurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → 5 (IG+) Battery negative (-) → 4 (GND) Clock is displayed

         If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the integration control and panel assembly.
