HEATER FUEL PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE FUEL PUMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Disconnect the connector.

   2. Detach the 2 clamps.

   3. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clips and slide each clip to disconnect the heater fuel hose.

      Note

      
      

      • Do not apply excessive force to the hose.

      • Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the fuel leaks.

   4. Remove the bolt and fuel pump sub-assembly.
