AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

  2. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM


    1. for HFC-134a (R134a):

      Click here

    2. for HFO-1234yf (R1234yf):

      Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 PRESSURE SWITCH


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. B001HMWC01
      *a Hold
      *b Turn

      Remove the No. 1 pressure switch.

    3. Remove the O-ring from the No. 1 pressure switch.

      Note

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

  4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. B001HMWC01
      *a Hold
      *b Turn

      Remove the air conditioning pressure sensor

    3. Remove the O-ring from the air conditioning pressure sensor.

      Note

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.
