PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SHROUD BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the shroud blower assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL HOOD LOCK SUPPORT BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B001D0HN01

      Install the hood lock support brace sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt A
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the each clamp.

  3. CONNECT OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Cooled Transmission Oil Cooler)

  4. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the attached vinyl tape from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

    2. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the cooler condenser assembly.

      Refrigerant Compressor Oil
      HFC-134a (R134a) ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
      HFO-1234yf (R1234yf) ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

    3. Install the O-ring to the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

    4. Attach the clamp to install the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

    5. Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    6. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD:

      Install the hood lock assembly Click here.

    2. for RHD:

      Install the hood lock assembly Click here.

  6. INSTALL HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR

    Click here

  7. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  8. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

    Click here

  9. CHARGE REFRIGERANT


    1. for HFC-134a (R134a):

    2. for HFO-1234yf (R1234yf):

  10. WARM UP ENGINE


    1. for HFC-134a (R134a):

  11. CHECK FOR REFRIGERANT GAS LEAK
