REAR BLOWER MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note


    • After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work. Click here

    • When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. for Manual Seat:

      Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly Click here.

    2. for Power Seat:

      Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly Click here.

    3. for Face to Face Seat Type:

      Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly Click here.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY


    1. for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type LH Side:

      Remove the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Click here.

    2. for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type LH Side:

      Remove the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Click here.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 FLOOR STEP COVER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

  5. REMOVE QUARTER SCUFF PLATE RH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

  6. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  7. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

  8. REMOVE OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER

  9. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)

  18. REMOVE NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover)

  19. REMOVE FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER RH (w/ Tonneau Cover)

  20. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

  21. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

  22. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

  23. REMOVE REAR QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

  24. REMOVE HEATER BRACKET


    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      Detach the clamp and remove the 3 screws and heater bracket.

  25. REMOVE REAR BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws and rear blower with fan motor.
