FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER(for Walk in Seat Type) INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the RH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH

    *1 Tack Pin
    *2 Seatback Cover
    *3 Seatback Heater
    *4 Name Stamp

    1. Set the seat cushion heater with the name stamp side facing the seat cushion cover.

    2. Install the seat cushion heater with new tack pins.

  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  3. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. Install the seat cushion cover with pad.

    2. Attach the claw to connect the connector.

    3. Attach the hooks.

    4. Connect the seat heater connector and attach the 3 wire harness clamps.

    5. Attach the hook.

    6. Install the clip.

    7. w/ Front Seat Side Airbag:


      1. Connect the airbag wire harness.

      2. Attach the fastening tape to close the cover.

    8. Connect the seat heater connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

    9. Install the rubber band to the seat cushion spring.

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
