  1. INSPECT NO. 2 FOLD SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Rear LH)

      Component without harness connected

      (No. 2 Fold Seat Switch Assembly)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      3 (RTRN(L)) - 7 (E) RETURN LH switch pressed Below 1 Ω
      8 (FOLD(L)) - 7 (E) FOLD LH switch pressed
      1 (RTRN(R)) - 7 (E) RETURN RH switch pressed
      6 (FOLD(R)) - 7 (E) FOLD RH switch pressed

      If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 2 fold seat switch assembly.

      Component without harness connected

      (No. 2 Fold Seat Switch Assembly)

      Apply battery voltage to the switch connector and check that the fold seat switch illuminates.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → 5 (+B)

      Battery negative (-) → 7 (E)

      		 Illumination illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 2 fold seat switch assembly.
