PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT UPPER RECLINING COVER LH

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the rear seat upper reclining cover LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

    1. Remove the 3 screws and reclining adjuster release handle LH.

  3. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

    1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the center seat hinge cover LH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

    1. Using a clip remover, detach the clip.

    2. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws.

    3. Move the rear seat cushion moulding LH in the direction of the arrow to detach the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER LH

    1. Using a clip remover, detach the 3 clips and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover LH.

  6. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Disconnect the 2 rear seat heater connectors.

        Pull out the wire harness as shown in the illustration.

      Detach the hooks.

    3. A01XD0C

      Detach the hook and remove the seat cushion cover with pad.

  7. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT PROTECTOR

    1. Remove the 2 rear No. 2 seat protectors from the separate type rear seat cushion pad.

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

    1. Remove the 14 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover from the separate type rear seat cushion pad.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION EDGE PROTECTOR


    1. Remove the rear seat cushion edge protector from the cushion spring.

  11. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and center seatback assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear seat center headrest assembly.

  13. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER

    1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the center seat hinge cover.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING BRACKET LH

    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the "TORX" bolt, bush and rear seat reclining bracket LH.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING BRACKET RH


    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the "TORX" bolt, bush and rear seat reclining bracket RH.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER LH

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the rear seatback stay cover LH.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER RH


    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the rear seatback stay cover RH.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts and 2 bushes.

    2. A01XMF4

      Remove the nut and rear center seat armrest support LH.

    3. A01XHG6

      Remove the rear seat center armrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01XDIU

      Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws and remove the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the claw.

    2. Move the cover in the direction of the arrow to detach the clip and 2 guides, and then remove the rear seatback lock cover.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a clip remover, detach the 5 clips and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly.

  23. REMOVE SEAT ARMREST COVER

      Detach the hooks.

    2. A01XE52

      Remove the seat armrest cover with pad.

      Remove the seat armrest cover from the pad.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  25. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER

      Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws.

    2. A01XE5D

      Detach the guide and remove the No. 1 seatback cover.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat lock assembly LH.

  27. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER

    1. Remove the rear No. 1 seat lock control lever as shown in the illustration.

  28. REMOVE FOLD SEATBACK WIRE

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the fold seatback wire.

  29. REMOVE COAT HOOK CAP

    1. Remove the bolt and rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH and disconnect the No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH.

  32. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER KNOB CAP LH

      Disconnect the cable in the order shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly LH.

  35. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER


    1. Disconnect the outer belt from the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

      Detach the 2 claws and 2 guides, and then remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  36. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

  37. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY LH

  38. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

  39. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 10 hog rings and detach the hooks, and then remove the seatback cover with pad.

      1. Disconnect the rear seatback heater assembly wire harness from the separate type rear seatback pad.

      Remove the 8 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  42. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR


    1. Remove the rear seatback edge protector from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  43. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER LH

    2. Detach the guide and remove the rear seat inner reclining cover LH.

  44. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  45. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CUSHION MOULDING LH

    1. Using a clip remover, detach the clip.

    2. Using moulding remover A, detach the 4 claws.

    3. Move the rear seat rear cushion moulding LH in the direction of the arrow to detach the guide and remove the rear seat rear cushion moulding LH.

  46. REMOVE CAP

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cap.

  47. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER LH

    1. Detach the claw and guide, and then remove the rear seat reclining cover inner LH.

  48. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING DAMPER

    1. Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat cushion spring damper.

  49. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

    1. Detach the claw and guide, and then remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide.

  50. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  51. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE


    1. Cut off the 4 cable ties.

    2. Detach the 3 cable clamps and disconnect the cable, and then remove the rear seat reclining control cable.

    1. Detach the 3 cable clamps and disconnect the cable, and then remove the rear No. 2 seat reclining control cable.

      Detach the claw and disconnect the rear seat wire connector.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the rear seat wire LH.

  56. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  57. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING PROTECTOR RH

      Detach the claw and guide to remove the rear seat inner reclining protector RH.

  58. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the 6 nuts and rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

  59. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE LH

    1. Slide the slide rail to the rearmost position.

    2. Using a small screwdriver, push down the handle stopper to detach the claw and remove the rear seat track adjusting handle LH.

      Tech Tips

      Insert the screwdriver into the hole shown in the illustration while looking into the hole.
