PROCEDURE

INSTALL NO. 1 FOLD SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY LH
1. Install the cable to the seat cushion frame.
2. Attach the 3 cable clamps and connect the cable.
3. Install 2 new cable ties.
INSTALL TETHER ANCHOR BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the bracket with the bolt.
  
  Torque:
  
  18 N*m { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }
INSTALL REAR SEATBACK INNER ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

1. Install the cover and adjuster with the 2 bolts.
  
  Torque:

  65 N*m { 663 kgf*cm, 48 ft.*lbf }

INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
1. Install the seatback frame and bracket with the 4 bolts.
  
  Torque:
  
  50 N*m { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }
INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BUSH
1. Attach the 3 claws to install the bush.
INSTALL SEATBACK STOPPER PLATE
1. Install the plate with 3 bolts.
INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH
1. Attach the 2 guides to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER LH
1. Attach the 2 guides to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER LH
1. Attach the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY
1. Install the cable to the seatback frame.
2. Attach the 2 cable clamps and connect the cable.
INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE
1. Attach the 4 guides to install the belt guide.
2. Connect the outer belt to the belt guide.
3. Attach the 2 claws to close the cover.
INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH
1. Attach the 4 claws to install the cover.
2. Install the 4 screws.
INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH
1. Attach the 2 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER
1. Install the seatback cover with 2 new hog rings and attach the fastening tape.
2. Using hog ring pliers, install the new hog rings.
  Note
  
  Be careful not to damage the cover.
  
  When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
1. Connect the outer belt to the seatback cover with pad.
2. Attach the 2 hooks to install the seatback cover with pad.
INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
1. Attach the 8 claws to install the 4 supports.
INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
1. Connect the cable in the order shown in the illustration to install the lever.
2. Install the 2 screws.
INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER
1. Attach the guide and claw to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER LH
1. Connect the outer belt to the cover.
2. Attach the 4 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER
1. Attach the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST SUPPORT
1. Install the armrest support to the armrest hinge.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST HINGE
1. Install the armrest hinge with the screw.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY
1. Install the center armrest and bush with the 2 bolts.
INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER RH
1. Attach the guide to install the cover.
2. Install the screw.
INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK PAD LH
1. Install the seatback pad.
2. Close the 2 fasteners, and then close the seatback cover.

  Using hog ring pliers, install 6 new hog rings.
4. Attach the 3 fastening tapes and close the cover.

  Connect the outer belt with the bolt.
  
  Torque:
  
  42 N*m { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
  
  Note
  
  Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat outer belt to overlap the protruding parts of the seat cushion frame.
INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER
1. Attach the 8 claws to install the 2 covers.
INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

*1 Hog Ring Pliers
1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.
  Note
  - Be careful not to damage the cover.
  - When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

1. Install the protector with new tack pins.

1. Install the protector to the cushion frame.

INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
1. Install the hinge.
2. Install the pin to the hinge.
3. Install a new E-ring.
INSTALL REAR SEAT STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the seat stay ball-joint to the seat hinge.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  It is only necessary to perform this step when replacing the seat stay and seat hinge. After the seat stay is connected to the seat hinge, it cannot be disconnected.
INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
1. Install the spring of the seat stay ball-joint.
2. Temporarily install the seat hinge and seat stay as a unit.
3. Raise the under cover.
4. Connect the seat stay to the seat cushion frame.
5. Connect the reclining release handle to the under cover.
6. Install the 5 screws.
7. Attach the 10 claws to install the under cover.
8. Install the pin to the hinge.
9. Install a new E-ring.
INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE PAWL GUIDE
1. Attach the 4 claws to install the pawl guide.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  Use the same procedure for both pawl guides.
INSTALL SEAT TRACK OPEN LEVER PIN SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the pin as shown in the illustration.
2. Install the stopper.
