PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION

    1. Remove the 2 screws and 2 cushions.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK PROTECTOR

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 hooks and remove the protector.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER RH

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the hooks and remove the cover.

  4. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

    1. Disconnect the seat cushion band from the seat cushion cover.

    2. Detach the hooks and remove the seat cushion cover with pad.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

    1. Cut off the tack pins and remove the cover from the cushion pad.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

    1. Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION BAND

    1. Remove the band as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG BRACKET COVER

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for both covers.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG COVER

    1. Detach the claw and guide, and then remove the cover.

      Use the same procedure for both covers.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a clip remover, detach the 3 clips.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the board.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER RH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the cover.

  13. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the cover.

  14. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the "TORX" bolt and bush.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and center seatback.

  15. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the headrest.

  16. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER

    1. Detach the claw and remove the cover.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER LH

    1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the cover.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER RH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the "TORX" bolt, bush and hinge.

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the cover.

  19. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts, 2 bushes and armrest.

    2. A01XDWD

      Remove the bush.

  20. REMOVE NO. 2 CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Remove the 2 cup holders.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the claw.

    2. Move the cover in the direction of the arrow to detach the clip and 2 guides and remove the cover.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 4 claws and 3 clips, and then remove the board.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 supports.

  25. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT NO. 2 SIDE PLATE

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01XE40

      Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws and remove the plate.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and lock.

  27. REMOVE REAR BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Remove the 2 screws and control lever.

  28. REMOVE CENTER NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  29. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the cover.

  30. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. A01XDD1

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. While moving the release button in the direction of the arrow in the illustration, detach it from the grommet and remove the seatback lock.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

  35. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

    2. Detach the 3 claws and remove the cover.

    3. Disconnect the outer belt from the cover.

  36. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR

    1. Remove the protector from the striker.

    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the striker.

  38. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

    2. Disconnect the outer belt from the seatback cover with pad.

    1. Remove the protector from the seatback frame.
