FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Manual Seat) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. for Driver Side:


      1. A01XG5WE22

        Component without harness connected

        (Front Seatback Assembly (Lumbar Motor))

        Check the operation of the front seatback (lumbar motor).

        Check that the front seatback moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the lumbar motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → 1

        Battery negative (-) → 2

        		 Forward

        Battery positive (+) → 2

        Battery negative (-) → 1

        		 Backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seatback assembly.

  2. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. for Driver Side:

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seatback assembly.
