REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for 60/40 Split Slide Walk-in Seat Type RH Side) INSTALLATION

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Place the rear seat assembly RH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

      Tech Tips

      Be sure to install the seat with the seatback folded down.

    2. Connect the center inner belt to the rear seat assembly RH.

    3. Temporarily install the rear seat assembly RH with the 5 bolts and nut.

    4. Tighten the bolts and nut in the order indicated in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    5. w/ Seat Heater System:

      Connect the seat heater connector.

  2. INSTALL SEAT TRACK COVER RH


    1. Attach the 5 clips and claw to install the seat track cover RH.

  3. INSTALL SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER RH


    1. Attach the 8 clips to install the seat track inner bracket cover RH.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK OUTER BRACKET COVER

    1. Move the rear seat track outer bracket cover in the direction of the arrow to attach the 2 guides.

    2. Attach the 2 claws to install the rear seat track outer bracket cover.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER

    1. Attach the 2 claws and guide to install the rear seat track inner bracket cover.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear seat headrest assembly.
