B2074 Driver Side Seat Belt Buckle Switch Circuit Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

The seat belt control ECU receives driver side buckle switch condition information from the center airbag sensor assembly through the CAN communication line and controls the pre-crash safety system.

This code is stored when a buckle switch malfunction signal is received from the airbag system.

When DTC B2074 is stored, DTC B1655/37 is also stored.

B2074 While the initial check is running, the ignition switch is ON and the pre-crash safety system is operating, malfunction a signal is received from the center airbag sensor for 3 seconds.
