DESCRIPTION

This circuit supplies power to the driving support ECU assembly when the ignition switch is ON.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DRIVING SUPPORT ECU ASSEMBLY (B VOLTAGE)

      Disconnect the G224 driving support ECU assembly connector.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G224-7 (B) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V

    4. Turn the ignition switch off.

    5. Reconnect the G224 driving support ECU assembly connector.

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DRIVING SUPPORT ECU ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND)

      (to Driving Support ECU Assembly)

      Disconnect the G224 driving support ECU assembly connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G224-28 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Connect the G224 driving support ECU assembly connector.
