Use the table below to help determine the cause of problem symptoms. If multiple suspected areas are listed, the potential causes of the symptoms are listed in order of probability in the "Suspected Area" column of the table. Check each symptom by checking the suspected areas in the order they are listed. Replace parts as necessary.

Inspect the fuses and relays related to this system before inspecting the suspected areas below.
Note
When replacing the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly), sensor, etc., turn the ignition switch off.

| Front speed sensor circuit (open or short malfunction) | ||

| Check skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) with the GTS (check skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) operation using Active Test function). If abnormal, check hydraulic circuit for leaks. | ||
| If symptoms still occur even after above circuits in suspected area column have been inspected and proved to be normal, replace skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) | ||
