CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER(for 1KD-FTV) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT


    1. Remove the boot from the cylinder body.

    2. Remove the push rod from the boot.

    3. A01XDMO

      Using compressed air, remove the piston together with the spring from the cylinder body.

      Note

      Do not damage the inside of the cylinder body.

    4. Remove the 2 cylinder cups from the piston.

  2. REMOVE RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG


    1. Remove the bleeder plug from the cylinder body.
