CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER(for RHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID FROM CLUTCH LINE

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER HEAT INSULATOR (for 1GD-FTV)


    1. A01XEWQ

      Remove the 2 nuts and clutch master cylinder heat insulator.

  3. DISCONNECT FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE


    1. A01XFJ8

      Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the flexible hose tube.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to catch the fluid.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01XIOC

      Remove the clip and pin.

    2. except 1GD-FTV:


      1. A01XMPZ

        Remove the 2 nuts and clutch master cylinder.

      2. Remove the gasket.

    3. for 1GD-FTV:


      1. A01XFG0

        Remove the 2 nuts and clutch master cylinder.

      2. Remove the gasket and clutch master cylinder bracket.
